Detailed Rules for the Enforcement of the National Government

Rules for Permits governing Transportation of Military Supplies.

Promulgated and Enforced 30th August 1937.

All matters dealing with the issue of

transportation permits shall be handled in

accordance with these Detailed Rules.

The classification of Item One of Article

Three of the "Rules governing Issue of

Transportation Permits" is as follows:-

1. All classes of fighting equipment, viz:-

guns, cannon, swords, lances and their

accessories.

2. All classes of explosives, viz., gun-

powder, high explosive powder bullets, high

explosive shells, pellets filled with gun -

powder, copper detonating caps and fuses.

3.

Machines for use in the manufacture of

arms and ammunition.

4.

Materials for use in the manufacture of

arms and ammunition, viz., zinc, copper, and

all steel and iron necessary for use in the

manufacture of arms and ammunition.
